Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and administration for schools and business clients in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT usage by independently analyzing and resolving technical disruptions, logging faults in a structured ticketing system, and performing installation, configuration, and optimization of client IT infrastructures. Key responsibilities also include regular maintenance, system stability assurance, and creating technical documentation to maintain the knowledge base. The ideal candidate holds a relevant IT qualification and possesses comprehensive experience administering Windows operating systems, coupled with strong technical knowledge of networks, printers, and IT peripherals.
