Job Summary

This role involves providing essential first-level IT support and local infrastructure management for PC users at a leading European IT service provider, specifically supporting their end-customer BAMF. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of local IT hardware, including personal computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and scanners. Daily tasks include initial troubleshooting, installation, setup, and teardown of IT equipment. Candidates must bring a completed vocational education in the IT sector or demonstrable professional experience, coupled with solid general hardware knowledge and familiarity with patching processes.
