Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for hardware and software systems for a major IT service provider's end-client, Bayer AG. The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and resolving malfunctions across various device types. Key tasks include system maintenance, applying patches and antivirus updates, managing support and GxP documentation, and coordinating with external manufacturers and suppliers, including risk management. Candidates should possess a background in IT, either through vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or an Informatics degree, coupled with experience in technical team coordination and network infrastructure.
