Job Summary

This role involves managing and steering civil engineering aspects within challenging new construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects for university facilities in Münster, including the University of Münster and the FH Münster. Key responsibilities include selecting and commissioning external contractors, managing timelines, budgets, and costs, and potentially handling all service phases (1-9) of the HOAI.
