Job Summary

This Senior IT Service Technician role involves a 24-month long-term assignment in Vilnius, Lithuania, serving as a key member of the Service Center Europe supporting the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Day-to-day responsibilities include performing on-site activities for Incident and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests, focusing on the installation, commissioning, upgrading, and maintenance of hardware and software. The technician will also be responsible for administering IT infrastructures and systems, including network and server environments, and providing 1st and 2nd-Level support to users, ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent, approximately three years of relevant field service experience, and strong proficiency in both German and English.
