Job Summary

This role involves working as a Senior Consultant in Process Management, focusing on the conception, design, and continuous development of a harmonized, interoperable IT-Management Framework for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) and BWI. The consultant will independently manage complex technical tasks supporting IT Service Management leadership, including deriving requirements, guiding the development of IT support systems, and contributing to architectural designs. Key responsibilities also include the practical analysis of value chains and business logic within IT Service Management, ensuring knowledge transfer, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in process management methodologies, IT Service Management (ITIL V3/ITIL 4), and have a degree in business administration, organizational studies, or a MINT subject, coupled with at least four years of relevant professional experience. This position requires strong conceptual abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, contributing directly to the digital future and security of Germany.
