Job Summary
This role involves serving as the central point of contact for the operation and ongoing development of the electronic records (eAkte) software within the municipal administration in Darmstadt. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and prioritizing both technical and functional requirements for the eAkte system, ensuring smooth operation in collaboration with the eAkte team and various city departments. Key daily activities include organizational steering of digitalization processes related to e-files, implementing quality assurance measures, and maintaining critical system documentation. Candidates must possess a degree in IT or a related field, or at least three years of relevant professional experience in application management and IT service processes (Incident, Change, Release Management). Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor or equivalent Diploma [FH]) in Computer Science, Business or Administrative Informatics, IT Security, IT Management, or a comparable field, or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Long-term relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) OR with comparable systems (DMS, eMS, Enterprise Management Systems)
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Application Management operations
- Good knowledge and experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes
- Experience in Project Management
