Job Summary
This role involves working as a Civil Engineer or Urban Planner within the Department of Civil Engineering, specifically focusing on Local Mobility in Dortmund. The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent execution planning of pedestrian and cycle paths and other local mobility elements. Key tasks include implementing and professionally supporting political decisions related to infrastructure, and developing and evaluating measures to promote municipal cycling infrastructure and sustainable mobility. Applicants should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a comparable field, ideally possessing in-depth knowledge of road planning with a focus on cycling infrastructure.
