This role involves leading and managing critical digitalization projects within the Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth, and Family, focusing on the introduction and establishment of digital administrative procedures, applications, and services. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and controlling large-scale digital transformation initiatives, such as the implementation of the Digital File (Digitale Akte Berlin) and the digitalization of incoming mail, ensuring successful transition to regular operation. The Project Lead will be responsible for overall project success, including creating and updating project plans, managing risk, controlling budgets, and leading project teams. Candidates must possess a scientific university degree (Master's/Diplom) in relevant fields like Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Administrative Sciences, coupled with a minimum of two years of project leadership experience.
