This three-year, full-time position involves developing preclinical, patient-specific 3D tumor models using primary tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment to simulate real-life patient conditions. Key responsibilities include cultivating colorectal cancer organoids, performing single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), and genetically manipulating cells using CRISPR. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Life Sciences, possesses significant experience with tumor organoid culture and advanced molecular techniques, and has a proven publication record as a first author in peer-reviewed journals related to colorectal cancer research. This role offers the opportunity for independent project management, scientific qualification, and participation in national and international collaborations, contributing directly to innovative cancer treatment strategies.
