The System Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of tested and released infrastructure, proactively monitoring system alerts, and creating solutions for recurring issues to minimize service interruptions. A key component of the job is monitoring productive systems and applications, reacting to events based on predefined instructions, and ensuring that critical IT services can be restored within agreed-upon timeframes during emergencies. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree or vocational training in IT, coupled with professional experience, and must have expert-level German language skills. Basic knowledge of GIS tools like ArcMap or QGIS and database skills (MS SQL) are highly desirable for success in this position.
