This role involves supporting the digital transformation of local government in Schleswig-Holstein as an IT User Support Specialist for IT-Allianz Nord. Based in Ratzeburg, you will be the primary contact for colleagues across two districts, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include providing 1st-Level Support, managing service requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the functionality of end-user devices. A key responsibility is managing access rights to central data and systems, ensuring only authorized users have permissions.
