This role involves ensuring the continuous operational readiness and optimal performance of complex building services, particularly focusing on ventilation, cooling, and climate control systems, at the LGL Campus in Oberschleißheim. Day-to-day tasks include maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems, optimizing automation stations, and performing technical checks on system-relevant components like laboratory fume hoods. The successful candidate will work within the Liegenschafts- und Gebäudemanagement (Property and Building Management) department, collaborating with both internal staff and external specialist companies. Key requirements include a completed vocational training in electrical or building services engineering, advanced training as a Certified Technician or Master Craftsman, and comprehensive knowledge of relevant VDE regulations.
