Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support, primarily handling 1st and 2nd level support requests related to both software and hardware. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring active support tickets, overseeing the technologies and software solutions used internally, and escalating complex issues to specialized departments via documented and pre-qualified tickets. Key daily tasks include installing, configuring, and dismantling workstation systems and peripheral devices, implementing and testing project requirements for software and hardware, and generating service reports. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT systems integration or a comparable qualification, excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows client operating systems, Office products, and Microsoft online services. Familiarity with networking components like switches, WLAN, and firewalls is also important.
