Job Summary
This role seeks a Senior IT Support Expert to join one of Germany's top engineering and IT service providers. You will be instrumental in managing and supporting diverse client IT infrastructures, handling customer inquiries primarily through phone and a ticketing system. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and monitoring of various systems, including Windows Clients, Windows Servers, and Linux environments, alongside managing core IT technologies like Storage, Networks, and Firewalls. A key focus will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues and documenting solutions. To succeed, you must possess a completed IT qualification and at least three years of dedicated support experience, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365.
