Job Summary
This role is for an experienced IT professional to join a leading German engineering and IT service provider, focusing on delivering high-quality technical support and system administration for diverse client environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, administering and monitoring complex IT infrastructures including Windows, Linux, Server, Client, Storage, Network, and Firewall technologies. A key focus will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365. The ideal candidate possesses a strong IT qualification and at least three years of dedicated support experience, demonstrating a structured and independent work ethic.
