Job Summary

This role involves the operation and continuous development of the company's IT system landscape, focusing heavily on Windows environments. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing a highly available Microsoft Windows Server environment (versions 2016 and 2019, virtualized using Microsoft and ESXi), handling OS and software deployment, and ensuring robust patch management for Windows clients. Key responsibilities include managing backup and recovery processes, troubleshooting Windows applications, and actively contributing to the development of IT security policies. The position also requires setting up and maintaining the telecommunications environment, administering client systems both remotely and on-site, and providing end-user support and training for hardware and software inquiries.
