Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level support for software and hardware inquiries, ensuring smooth IT operations across the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing support tickets, monitoring their status, and managing the company's internal technologies and software solutions. You will also be responsible for installing, customizing, and dismantling workplace systems and peripheral devices, and participating in various IT projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification, possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, Office products, and Microsoft Online Services, and is familiar with network components like switches, WLAN, and firewalls. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English are mandatory, making this an attractive opportunity for both experienced professionals and career starters seeking a stable, permanent contract with continuous development opportunities.
