Job Summary
As a Portfolio Data Analyst & Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient tracking, consolidation, and analysis of critical portfolio data, focusing on capital expenditure (capex) investment projects for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) device production. You will serve as a central information source, collaborating closely with project management, finance, and planning teams to support program controlling, capex forecasts, and target setting. This role involves maintaining data accuracy, providing insightful analyses for investment decisions, and independently preparing comprehensive capex reports and presentations. You will also drive continuous improvement of data management processes and tools, contributing to strategic portfolio planning within a leading pharmaceutical/medical device company committed to transforming patient lives.
Required Skills
Education
Academic degree in natural sciences, IT, business administration, engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in data analysis and portfolio management
- In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in handling portfolio data and IT tools
- Strong experience in project management (e.g., project leadership, project controls, project planning)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry is a plus
