Job Summary

Join a dedicated production team in Penzberg focused on reliably supplying life-saving medications worldwide with the highest quality standards. As a Technical Operator, you will be a central part of the pharmaceutical production process, primarily controlling and monitoring highly automated systems using process control systems (PCS). Daily tasks involve precise documentation according to GMP standards, performing manual activities like weighing, sampling, and conducting basic analyses (pH/conductivity). You will also be responsible for maintenance and repair work, supporting validation activities, and collaborating closely with process experts. The role requires working in a flexible two-shift model (6:00 to 22:00, occasionally nights) including on-call duty to ensure 24/7 production. This position offers deep insight into core pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, providing a valuable foundation for future career development within project, expert, or leadership roles at the site. The initial contract duration is two years.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a scientific-technical field (e.g., Laboratory Technician, Chemical Technician, Pharmaceutical Technician, or background in Bio- or Food Technology)

Experience

  • Professional experience with automated production plants and processes
  • Experience in the GMP environment is preferred
  • Willingness to work in shift operations (including nights and on-call duties)
