Job Summary

This role offers an exciting career opportunity as a Specialist Project Documentation professional, focusing on managing complex documentation processes for large-scale international offshore projects within the energy technology sector. The specialist will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintaining all technical documentation within professional Document Management Systems (DMS) such as UNIFIER, Imagine PDM, or Think Project. Day-to-day tasks include creating and evaluating document lists, reports, and status overviews, ensuring compliance with quality and project guidelines, and acting as the primary point of contact for documentation inquiries from internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate must possess at least five years of professional experience in document or information management, strong organizational skills, and fluency in both German and English, contributing significantly to the success of critical energy transition projects.
