Job Summary

The Financial Controller will take ownership of critical financial closing and reporting activities, encompassing the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, coupled with the delivery of insightful analyses and comprehensive reports. A significant portion of the role involves active participation in the annual budgeting cycle, regular forecasting, and detailed deviation analysis. Crucially, the controller serves as a vital business partner, providing essential financial support to senior management and specialized departments, particularly concerning investment calculations, cost accounting, and profitability analyses. This demanding position requires a structured, precise, and highly responsible individual with strong analytical capabilities, dedicated to the continuous development and optimization of internal controlling processes and reporting systems. Experience in a production or industrial environment is highly valued.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting, ideally supplemented by advanced training such as a University of Applied Sciences degree (FH) or a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Controlling.
