Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the professional setup and seamless operation of hardware and software solutions for clients, primarily focusing on time management and security systems. The Field IT Service Technician will handle a diverse range of tasks, including technical pre-clarification, site surveying, installation, maintenance, and direct customer support. Key responsibilities include installing mechatronic access control, alarm, and video surveillance systems, integrating components into existing network infrastructure, and configuring complete access rights management. Candidates should possess a technical background, familiarity with networking and Windows environments, and excellent German language skills. Required Skills

Education

Technical vocational training (e.g., IT System Electronics Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or Mechatronics Technician)

Experience

  • Professional experience with network technology and Windows environments
  • Experience with hazard reporting systems (e.g., AJAX, Videofied) is a plus
  • Experience with access technology (e.g., Datafox, SALTO) is a plus
  • Experience with Smart Home solutions is a plus

German (Fluent)

  • Valid Class B driving license is required; Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays (1–2 times per month).
