Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth implementation and operation of specialized software solutions, specifically for time management and access control systems, within a stable and growing IT system house. The IT System Integrator will be responsible for the internal setup, configuration, and clean system integration of AIDA's software solutions tailored to client needs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating closely with project management and support teams, conducting technical implementations from initial setup to handover, and providing customer training and technical application support. The ideal candidate has an IT background (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development) and possesses technical acumen to analyze complex requirements and configure solutions. This is an internal position based in Wetter (Ruhr), offering a secure, full-time, permanent contract with flexible hours and no field service or weekend work, focusing on technical depth and structured project execution.
