Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless implementation and configuration of AIDA's specialized software solutions, focusing on time management and access control systems, entirely from the internal office location. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and customizing software to meet client specifications, performing system integration, and collaborating closely with project management and support teams throughout the project lifecycle. A key responsibility is providing technical training and support to customers, explaining optimal software usage, and addressing technical application questions. The ideal candidate has completed an IT-related apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, possesses strong technical understanding, and is eager to specialize in proprietary software.
