Job Summary

This role supports a leading international IT service provider, focusing on delivering essential IT infrastructure services to large enterprises and the public sector. The IT Service Technician acts as the first point of contact, providing initial support and troubleshooting for PC users. Key daily tasks include the operation and maintenance of local IT infrastructure, encompassing the support of workplace PCs, monitors, peripherals (mice, keyboards, printers, scanners), and the administration and monitoring of Cisco Switches. A core responsibility is performing Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) activities and managing Monitor-Keyboard-Mouse (KVM) units. Candidates must have completed relevant IT training or possess at least one year of practical experience, along with strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and patching procedures.
