1st/2nd Level IT Support Specialist | 1st/2nd Level Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, serving as the first point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues received via phone, email, or in person. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing, classifying, and resolving incoming IT disruptions, escalating complex issues to administrators, and meticulously documenting all processes within a ticketing system. The specialist will also be responsible for installing and configuring new hardware and software directly for end-users. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), strong knowledge of standard operating systems (Windows 10/11 and/or MAC OS X), proficiency in MS Office/Microsoft 365, and experience utilizing ticketing tools. This position requires excellent service orientation, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit to ensure smooth IT operations.
