Job Summary
This role is centered on providing essential 1st and 2nd level support, acting as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and disruptions. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving requests via phone, email, and in-person, analyzing and classifying incoming IT faults, and ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up within the ticketing system until resolution. A core function involves the on-site installation of new hardware and software for users and providing comprehensive assistance with all end-user IT questions. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT vocational qualification, strong technical knowledge of standard operating systems like Windows 10/11 and macOS X, and proficiency in MS Office/Microsoft 365 products. Success in this position requires excellent service and customer orientation, combined with strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
