IT Support Specialist (1st and 2nd Level) | 1st/2nd Level Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support by acting as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and disturbance reports, received via phone, email, and in person. Key responsibilities include analyzing and classifying incoming IT disturbances, documenting issues within a ticketing system, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation to administrators. The specialist will also handle the installation and configuration of new hardware and software directly for users, offering comprehensive assistance for all IT-related questions. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT, strong technical knowledge of standard operating systems (Windows 10/11, MAC OS X) and MS Office/Microsoft 365, coupled with experience utilizing ticketing tools. The position requires excellent service orientation, strong communication skills, and teamwork, offering a full-time, permanent contract opportunity.
