Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Support Specialist (1st and 2nd Level) to serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and disturbances. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving requests via phone, email, and in person, analyzing and classifying incoming IT issues, and escalating complex problems to administrators. A core function involves meticulous documentation within the ticketing system and tracking issues through resolution. The specialist will also be responsible for installing and configuring new hardware and software directly for users on-site, providing comprehensive assistance for all end-user IT questions. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT, strong technical knowledge of standard operating systems (Windows 10/11, MAC OS X), MS Office/Microsoft 365, and proven experience utilizing ticketing systems. Excellent service orientation, communication skills, and team spirit are essential for success in this full-time, unlimited contract position.
