Job Summary
This Junior IT Support and Administrator role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all IT system inquiries, providing essential First-Level Support to students, teachers, and staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, overseeing Surface tablets utilized by students, and ensuring smooth operation of daily IT services. A significant aspect of the position is actively contributing to the introduction of a new training and continuing education system and helping to design the organization's future IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, coupled with practical experience in Microsoft environments, including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune. Experience in server administration, network management, and SQL database administration is also required, alongside a strong customer and service orientation.
