Job Summary

This HR Manager role offers a dynamic opportunity to serve as a key consultant for employees and leaders across all personnel and Swiss labor law issues. You will play an active part in supporting management by implementing and continuously developing robust HR processes. A critical element of the position involves close collaboration with the international Headquarter to successfully deploy group-wide HR initiatives. Furthermore, you will contribute to the analysis and development of crucial HR metrics. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is responsible, team-oriented, and passionate about driving organizational change and contributing to modern HR practices within an international environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational qualification as an HR Specialist with Federal Professional Certificate (Eidg. Fachausweis). Further qualification in HR Management/Leadership is advantageous.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar HR function
  • Ideally, experience gained within the transport or logistics industry

English (Fluent)
