Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support within a data center environment for a leading international IT service provider. The primary responsibilities include supporting the setup and cabling of the data center, performing hardware repairs, and conducting basic hardware troubleshooting and fixes based on provided parts and solution proposals. The ideal candidate will possess a completed IT qualification, strong general IT knowledge, and specific familiarity with HWA and San Ports. Success in this position requires excellent teamwork, a strong customer orientation when interacting with end-users, and very good proficiency in written and spoken German. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract offering competitive, above-tariff compensation and a high potential for long-term customer placement.
