Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in hands-on technical support and infrastructure maintenance within a leading global IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) requests, conducting proactive monitoring and advanced troubleshooting for specialized non-office hardware and peripherals, and performing hardware break/fix activities. A key component of the role involves analyzing and correcting complex hardware and software errors, alongside supporting business operations and potentially steering smaller technical teams. Candidates must possess strong foundational knowledge in networking, extensive experience in user support, and the ability to work independently in the field.
