Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT service support, primarily focusing on IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services directly at the customer site. Day-to-day tasks include verifying workplace functionality, performing detailed error analysis and resolution, and offering Hypercare support to users following new installations. The technician will also handle general support activities within PC and user lifecycle management and actively participate in IT rollout projects. The ideal candidate possesses a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office (O365), and various hardware components (Notebooks, Desktops). Success requires a communicative, service-oriented, flexible, and highly responsible approach to work, ensuring professional interaction with both internal and external partners.

Education
Training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician
Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems is advantageous
