Job Summary

This role is for a passionate Associate Project Manager to join the Center of Excellence (CoE) Project Management, the central hub for PM expertise and methodology development (classical, agile, hybrid) within the primary digitization partner of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The successful candidate will provide crucial cross-project support, including knowledge management, order management, and organizational administration for the department leadership. Key responsibilities involve assisting Project Leads during project initialization and execution, preparing Quality Gates, creating essential project documentation and reports, and ensuring cross-departmental status communication. Requirements include an IT-related university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least two years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a Project Management Office (PMO). Familiarity with standard PM methodologies (IPMA D or Scrum) and proficiency in tools like SharePoint, Jira, and MS Office are highly desirable for success in this challenging and impactful environment, contributing directly to Germany's security and digital future.
