Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the technical and infrastructural management of the new Neuburg Campus. The Head of Technical and Building Services (TuG) is responsible for the maintenance and operation of buildings and domestic technical systems, ensuring facility and traffic route safety, and managing energy consumption. Key daily tasks include commissioning and supervising external contractors, coordinating between the construction authority and users, and taking over operational management once the campus is complete. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in a domestic technical trade, supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, or a relevant university degree. Strong technical expertise, business acumen for calculations and processes in construction, and fluent German language skills are essential for success in this permanent, full-time position.
