Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Client Support as part of an Onsite Team for a global technology company. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and processing IT incidents and requests, managing standard applications like MS Office, and supporting current operating systems (Windows and Mac). A core function is the installation, break/fix repair, exchange, and troubleshooting of end-user devices. The technician will be responsible for meticulous documentation and ticket processing within the ticketing system, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by correctly prioritizing tasks. Key qualifications include a completed technical vocational education or equivalent professional experience, coupled with initial experience in IT support and ticketing systems. Proficiency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory, alongside good English skills, making this a crucial role for maintaining high-quality IT service delivery.
