Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and configuration services for a leading international IT infrastructure provider serving large enterprises and the public sector. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for customer support regarding iPhone and iPad configurations, and providing hands-on assistance at the IT service desk (Techbar). Day-to-day tasks include performing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities, installing and setting up various hardware like PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices, and deploying and connecting workplace hardware according to the ticketing system. A key part of the job is resolving incident tickets (Break Fix) and providing remote support. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or at least one year of recent professional IT experience, strong hardware knowledge (HP, Lenovo, printers), and proficiency with Windows 10/11 and iOS devices, coupled with excellent German language skills and a Class B driving license.

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in the IT field within the last 3 years
  • Experience with ITSM and ticketing systems
  • Experience in a large corporate client environment
  • Professional experience in technical support (Allrounder)
