IT Technician | Regular Technician (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician acting as a mobile external support specialist, addressing various client situations in and around Munich. Daily tasks involve comprehensive hardware and software troubleshooting, component replacement, and installation across client PCs, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals. The technician is responsible for independent problem tracking, escalation, ensuring strict adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and documenting all work results accurately. Furthermore, the role includes providing basic instruction to end-users on system functions. Key requirements include a completed IT apprenticeship or at least one year of relevant IT experience within the last three years, coupled with strong knowledge of at least two current operating systems (Client/Server/Network). Candidates must also possess good hardware knowledge of standard client devices. This position offers above-tariff compensation, project allowances, and long-term assignments within a leading global IT service provider, providing a high potential for permanent takeover by the client.
