Key responsibilities include creating the annual budget and liquidity plans, overseeing budget compliance, conducting financial controlling and reporting, and assisting with year-end closing procedures. The specialist will also advise schools and internal departments on budgetary matters and support leadership in financial decision-making. Candidates must possess a degree in General Administration or Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications like a Certified Administrative Specialist, coupled with fundamental knowledge of public budget law, public finance, and accounting.
