Job Summary
The Bildungsservice Kreis Groß-Gerau (AöR), a newly established public institution focused on expanding full-day schooling services, is seeking a dedicated Controlling and Budget Specialist. This full-time, permanent role involves the meticulous planning, steering, and monitoring of all financial processes for the organization. Key responsibilities include creating the annual budget and liquidity plans, overseeing budget compliance, conducting financial controlling and reporting, and assisting with year-end closing procedures. The specialist will also advise schools and internal departments on budgetary matters and support leadership in financial decision-making. Candidates must possess a degree in General Administration or Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications like a Certified Administrative Specialist, coupled with fundamental knowledge of public budget law, public finance, and accounting. Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in General Administration or Business Administration, or Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), or comparable qualification
Experience
