Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Case Worker within the Building Inspection Department of the Groß-Gerau district, focusing on maintaining and promoting the region's structure and quality of life. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing qualified construction consulting to all parties involved in building projects, independently processing building applications, and conducting construction supervision and site inspections. Key qualifications include a degree in Architecture, Building Construction, or Civil Engineering, strong knowledge of public construction and planning law, and administrative law, or the willingness to acquire it. The position requires excellent customer orientation, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work clearly, independently, and solution-oriented. This is a temporary, part-time position (19.5 hours/week) serving as a sick leave replacement until January 31, 2027.
