Job Summary
This part-time, temporary Administrative Officer role (20 hours/week, until late 2026) supports the Education and School / Development and Strategy Department within the Groß-Gerau District administration. The successful candidate will manage extensive general secretarial duties, including drafting correspondence, handling mail flow, coordinating appointments, and maintaining office supplies. A significant portion of the role involves organizational support for meetings and events, specifically preparing materials and accurately recording minutes and protocols for committees and advisory boards. Furthermore, the role requires basic financial administration, such as verifying invoices and processing travel expense reports, alongside managing time tracking corrections and sick leave documentation for colleagues. Candidates must possess a professional qualification in administration or office management, very strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in the MS Office Suite, demonstrating a commitment to service and confidentiality.
