Job Summary
This Senior IT Support Expert role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance and administration for diverse client IT infrastructures. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, administering and monitoring client systems, and managing a range of technologies including servers, clients, storage, network components, and firewalls. A core focus is on supporting Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Linux operating systems, alongside troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
