Job Summary

This role seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to join a top German engineering and IT service provider, focusing on delivering high-quality technical assistance and system administration. The core responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of customer IT inquiries, handling support requests efficiently via phone and ticketing systems, and providing hands-on administration and monitoring of diverse client systems.
