Job Summary

This role is for a Senior IT Support Specialist focused on providing expert technical assistance and comprehensive system administration within a dynamic IT service environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer requests efficiently through phone and dedicated ticketing systems, while administering and monitoring diverse customer IT infrastructure. This includes critical technologies such as Windows Clients, Windows Servers, Linux systems, Storage, Network components, and Firewalls. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant completed IT qualification and a minimum of three years of dedicated professional support experience, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, coupled with strong proficiency in MS Office 365 support and robust hardware/software troubleshooting abilities.
