Job Summary
This role involves leading the Control and Performance Department within the Center for Work at the Leer District Administration, specifically overseeing social benefits administration (SGB II) and emergency aid (§ 22 Abs. 8 SGB II). The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with social law, and lead a team responsible for processing benefits and aid applications. Key requirements include a degree in Public Administration or equivalent administrative qualification, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of legal application and strong expertise in social service law. The position demands robust leadership skills, strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to confidently represent decisions to staff, authorities, and citizens. Education

Experience
