Job Summary

This is a key leadership role within the Leer District Waste Management Department, focusing on the assessment and organization sub-area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising staff in the Assessment and Organization division, including conducting performance reviews and managing target-oriented employee development. Core duties involve organizing and processing the assessment of basic fees/charges, acting as the primary point of contact for citizens regarding assessments, and handling legal matters such as processing claims/civil lawsuits against waste fee statutes and assessment notices. Furthermore, the role requires managing debt collection for basic and user fees, overseeing internal services like procurement and inventory, and contributing to the economic plan. This position requires a background in public administration, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing legal frameworks and increasing digitalization, offering a versatile and responsible full-time opportunity.
