Job Summary

This role as an IT Systems Expert involves the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and support of central, cross-departmental specialized applications across the Leer district administration. Key daily activities include managing client, server, and database systems for crucial applications such as the alarm system, remote maintenance tools (Beyond Trust), survey management (LimeSurvey), and financial software (Infoma). A significant part of the job is acting as Third-Level Support, handling complex Incidents, Service Requests, Problems, and Changes. Furthermore, the expert will independently manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, encompassing procurement, system development, installation, rigorous testing, and detailed documentation. The ideal candidate possesses multi-year professional experience in IT and a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration).
