Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Road and Civil Engineering Department of the Leer district, focusing primarily on technical support for structural measures, ground management, and maintaining public safety infrastructure. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance for construction yard measures, overseeing maintenance and inspection intervals for technical systems, and managing soil resources. The technician will also be responsible for implementing, creating, and maintaining various cadastres, including leading the tree cadastre in collaboration with route inspectors. A significant part of the job involves the planning, tendering, supervision, and billing of repair work crucial for maintaining road safety. Candidates must possess a qualification as a State Certified Civil Engineering Technician (or equivalent Bachelor Professional in Technology) in structural or civil engineering, coupled with strong reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
